This absolutely true, the new addons manager is the best thing that has occurred in gvSIG since NavTable IMHO. This is how I installed the normalization. I guess you overlooked one of my previous messages complaining about the Normalization tool cutting a nine character field to 8. I will write about that next but this is one of the annoying things I have to deal with, if I said that this happens in Mac, it seems to me that nobody cares. More next.

This was easy enough in Mac, I've been able to do it, this is why I miss the normalization tool.
