[Gvsig_english] gvsig mini SDKS

To whom this may concern, my name is Paul Wong and I am a geomatics student working developping a surveying tool for tablet using android. The GVsig mini seems to have all the functionality I would need and thus I was wondering if there was anyway I could get access to gvsig mini's SDKs or development libraries?
