[Gvsig_english] compile from source to remove "caching restrictions"..

Hi,

take a look to the section "Projects to download" in [1]. To enable WMS 
cache download es.prodevelop.tilerastercache.wms project and override 
"allowMassiveDownload" at WMSRenderer.java.
