[Gvsig_english] gvSig Mini - missing "App directory"

Hi Ruben,

the problem is: there is no 'App directory' menu option in my gvSIGmini 
(midp2 unsigned).
According to Alberto's mail the unsigned gvSIGmini does not allow 
offline maps.
(The signed versions return error "...certificate is expired..."

So - hard luck for me
