[Gvsig_english] building gvSIG error in eclipse

hello 

at firs i want use the link u offer me but in number 3 and 4 there is
problem and i couldn't checkout SRC using SVN, then i found below link and
can checkout project,

but when i did the last part 
mvn clean install -DskipTests=true

i encounter error i said before
while i have that package in my eclipse workspace 

i can't do anything more
