[Gvsig_english] Sum a raster within polygon boundaries

For me it worked with the following steps:

- convert the Raster into a Point Shape via "Sextante->Vectorization->Raster
Layer to Point Layer"
- run "Sextante->Tools For Polygon Layers->Point statistics in Polygons"

It's merely a workaround and the conversion from Raster to Point can be
painfully slow, but it works.
It would be nice to have the sum as a result in the "Raster Statistics in
Polygons" function in Sextante though, shouldn't be too hard to implement.
