[Gvsig_english] bug in build 1411 gvSIG 1.12:Advanced labelling with background style fails

I make a quick test with the patch attached to the ticket in join up
that you link, but it didn't seems to work. It seems that the
behaviour is improved but more work should be done. I can not do it
right now.

Maybe there are other developers interested in take a look at it.
