[Gvsig_english] Gvsig : Postgis Raster & Topoplogy extension

[Nacho Brodin]

Maybe the standard installation does not have this plugin. You can 
install it using the menu tool option "Addons manager " and select the 
installation from url. The list of plugins has the one "Format: PostGIS 
raster format support"
