[Gvsig_english] Add UK OS layer

Hi Mark,

yes, you need the WMS address to connect to it. gvSIG Mini for 
BlackBerry does not allow adding custom layers as the Android version does.

The only reference to OS WMS server is provided by OpenSpace [1], but I 
can't find a public WMS address... anyway it seems that
