[Gvsig_english] Translation to Portuguese-BR of the Sextante algorithms for gvSIG is available

The translation to Portuguese-BR of the Sextante algorithms for gvSIG is now available, thanks to Eliazer Kosciuk. 

This translation is available for gvSIG 2.0 as well as for gvSIG 1.11 and 1.12, and it must be installed fromthe Add-ons Manager. The instructions can be consulted from the language updates section of the website [1].
