[Gvsig_english] svg format issue with gvSIG 1.11 symbols

Hello Georg,
mit inkscape is possible to create svg symbols to be used in gvSIG (see the attached "notokay-edit.svg".).
You have to adapt the document settings (Datei > Dokumenteinstellungen) and the width and height settings of the vector graphic (value B and H in the menu bar) so that these two values are equal (e.g. 28,47 px * 28.47 px).
