[Gvsig_english] gvSIG 2.0 and sextante?

It's MIT for the Java version, but GPL2 for the Python one. Apparently
QGIS plugins must be GPL...

I will add more inormation about the license of the Java version. The
website is mostly focused on the QGIS/Python version
