[Gvsig_english] GSoC Weekly Report #12 - Create a title block from the library in the Layout

Hi all,

this is my report of this 12 week:

• What did I do this week?
- I have continued improving some aspects, e.g. if the text of a field is
too long, the size of the text is automatically resized to fill the size of
the field.
- I have continued testing and commenting the code too.
- I had a meeting with my mentor to talk about the next two weeks, and he
helped me to solve the problems with the dependencies of the projects I had.

• What will I be working on next week?
- Create the application installer.
- Document the project.

• Did I meet with any stumbling blocks?
Not.
