[Gvsig_english] I cannot change the default projection

Hello everyone!

I´m using gvSIG 2.1.0.2254 in a laptop with Windows 7.

When I try to change the default current projection either in the general
preferences or in the view properties, the new window doesn´t open.

Here I copy you what the error message say:

Can anyone help me, please?
