[Gvsig_english] New NavTable release for gvSIG 1.12

Hi,

Cartolab is publishing today a new version of NavTable, 1.0.3, for gvSIG 1.12

Is a maintenance release that fix some errors. See the changelog in
this link [1]. The new version can be downloaded from [2] and
installed by means of the addons manager as is explained in [3]

I want also that an online course (in spanish) of navtable organized
by Cartolab and Fundación Universidade de a Coruña about NavTable is
open [4]
