[Gvsig_english] Can't add the network extension to gvSIG 1.12

Hi Perttu,

if you access to the add-ons manager is the plugin with green colour?

Are you working on Windows 7, 8 or Vista? In that case, it seems to be a 
permissions problem, the extension hasn't been installed. You can solve 
it running gvSIG as administrator (right button on the file).
