[Gvsig_english] Gvsig 3D (with gvsig 1.10 or 1.11) on Windows

I 'm searching a version zip de gvSIG (1.10 or 1.11) with the extension 3D already install and fonctionnal. 
System explotation Windows 8. 
This a version portable wich can run on a usb key without administrator privilleges.
