Try the portable version. You don't have to install anything. Just download it and unzip it. Simple and easy 😉

The installation of gvSIG seems to be an issue for many people. This should be something that is focused on for ease of access by the creators so it's readily available and easy to use by more people. If someone is having issues simply downloading it, do you think they'll want to continue using it when then are more options out there for free use?
