[Gvsig_english] Georeferencing tools in gvSIG 2.3.1 final

Hi Alvaro,
sorry for bothering you again...
I have the standard installation of gvSIG 2.3.1 for linux and windows, it
seems that the georeferencing plugin is installed but in the relative menu
I can not see the georeferencing entry (attached a screenshot of that).
Where am I wrong?
