[Gvsig_usuarios] Portuguese Translaction Almost Ready

Hello, Ezequias.

I think Framework in this context is "marco" in Spanish (and also in Portugues). For example:
rellenar_marco_vista = Rellenar marco de la vista => Each entity in the layout, we call it "Frame". There are subclases of FFrame: FFrameLegend, FFramePicture, FFrameScaleBar, FFrameView... Each FFrame is a "place" where you can put something (Picture, Legend, etc).
