[Gvsig_usuarios] extension Callejeros

saludos:

he instalado la extension Callejeros ( creo que no es oficial todavia), y al
intentar conectar al servidor me devuelve mensaje de error : 

class java.net.UnknownHostException: callejeros.gvisg.org
class java.net.UnknownHostException: callejeros.gvisg.org
This Web Service only accepts POST and GET method.

me podeis explicar que me sucede?
