[Gvsig_usuarios] GVSig Mobile XP

Saludo a todos,

Yo bajei GVSig Mobile XP (gvSIGMobileXP-0.3.0-build_275.zip) pero no hay 
informacion de como instalalo y ejecutalo. Alguien me sabría decir como 
puedo instalar y ejecutar GVSig Mobile XP?
