[Gvsig_usuarios] Test gvSIG 2.1.0.2218

Con el build 2218 no me deja cargar proyectos del build anterior que
contienen ficheros raster. Tambien me pasaba con el build anterior.
Si que carga proyectos unicamente con shp.
Como sugerencia, pienso que seria interesante poder cargar o importar
proyectos de versiones anteriores (1.12).
