[Gvsig_english] No snap-function if moving a vertex ?

Hi all,

first: After testing Free-Desktop-GIS for month (JUMP / QGIS / uDIG /
gvSIG) it's my opinion that gvSIG is simply the best ! Thank's to
everyone who makes this success possible.

My Problem with gvSIG 1.0.2 (WINDOWS XP - Installation): The
snap-function doesn't work if i move a vertex of a line or polygon in an
second edit-session after finishing the geometries in the first session.

By the way: Is it possible in future gvSIG-versions to label the scale
bar in the german localized version with 'Meter' / 'Kilometer' or simply
'm' / 'km' ?
