[Gvsig_english] some ideas for an advanced measuring tool

Hi Jaume!
You are right - I just did not think about this possibility. Making the image 
more bright is so easy... This option-dialogue is GREAT. 
Regarding x- and y-values: maybe it would be even better and simpler just to 
display all three values: x,y and segment length instead of pressing a key.
