[Gvsig_english] Problem in rendering process when polygon layers are labelled

Hi list,

Actually I work on a project to integrate an automatic label placement 
(PAL) in gvSIG.
So I went to take a look on what gvSIG is already able to do in this 
context,
and I found a bug in the rendering process when several polygon layers 
are labelled
(http://geosysin.iict.ch/trac/attachment/wiki/PAL%20Project/Blonay_parcelle_batiment_gvSIG.png).
The problem is some labels are hide by polygons from an other layer.
In my mind, all label of all layers should be totally visible, no ?
