[Gvsig_english] Helping with translations

Hi Tyler,

the only way to correct a translation now in gvSIG is with the 
translation files (text.properties) directly. We want to create a web 
portal where people can translate the new strings and correct the wrong 
ones, but it'll be in a future. We are studying the different 
possibilities.
I'll contact you and I'll explain you how to correct them from the 
text.properties files.
