[Gvsig_english] New version of the SEXTANTE library

We are glad to announce that a new version (v0.15) of the SEXTANTE library
has just been released.

This includes many bug fixes, a few new algorithms and some new
developments, including:

-Logging system
-Enhanced model grammar. 
-Standalone GeoTools-based command line version (rather experimental...but
working).
-Help files available now in both english and spanish (though there is
still much work to do...), and shippped along with gvSIG and OpenJUMP
bindings in an easy-to-install bundle.

You are all invited to download and use this new version, and help us
improve it reporting issues that you might find.
