[Gvsig_english] Proposal for two new shorctus in the upcoming gvSIG 2 version

Hi all,

Am I wrong or Control+TAB shortcut is already done and working? I 
thought it was introduced a long time ago...

Please, tell us you are experiencing any problem with it.
