[Gvsig_english] question regarding high-quality printouts

Hi Silivio.

I think you can add SVG files with arrows. I know it's a patch, but 
maybe useful in some cases.
SVG files are vector files, and maybe rotated, stretched, etc.

About the rest of the feature request... I think they will be taken into 
account.
