[Gvsig_english] gvSIG build 1216: BUGS

OK, I will give this one more try. It makes me aware of the fact that
some issues I considered bugs would actually qualify as annoyances
(or simply things that I misunderstood). So before I start entering
tickets into the internal bug tracking systems, I will give it a few
days and let you guys reply to some of the issues I reported via this
list. Just to avoid unnecessary bug tickets.
