[Gvsig_english] WFS in gvSIG 1.9

The build number is the latest (1228). Maybe is a little bit early to 
start an intensive test of WFS, but the instructions to test it are:

- Trying to load different WFS services with different types of data and 
check if gvSIG is able to load the GML's.
- Check both spatial and alphanumerical data are loaded.
- If you have a problem with one server and a layer, send us the URL and 
the name of the layer that you are not able to load.

One of the main problem of the WFS is the lack of servers to make the tests.
