[Gvsig_english] gvSIG 1.9 English GUI translation

Another thing: I would like to start contributing to the English
translation of the gvSIG user interface as soon as possible.

With the new translation extension, that seems easy and efficient.
Should I start right now or will there still be major changes in
the GUI strings?

Also, I think we need to have separate language files for British
and American spelling. There are too many differences, not only
in unit names.
