[Gvsig_english] problem with split geometry tool (1251)

Hi Wolfgang,

We've noticed a similar behaviour in some cases. I think it's necessary 
to cross "all" the geometry bounding box in order to split it correctly. 
You should see a grey square that shows those limits just after 
selecting the split tool. Could this be your case? (somewhere in the 
logfile it says "line_not_cross_rectangle").
