[Gvsig_english] extension gvsig 1.9

Hi,
I  would do an extension for gvsig desktop 1.9 for real time manipulation of geo data. How can I open gvsig with eclipse.Or, if someone have a documentation for every class what is his subject could him please send them for me.
I'm bloqued in my project. Please, help me.
