[Gvsig_english] SUGGESTED FUNCTIONALITY gvSIG 1.9 (BN 1253) -- Customizable Toolbars and Menus

Hi,

It would be advantageous to have toolbars and menus customisable.

There a quite a lot of tools that could be hidden to reduce clutter on
the GUI interface.

A good example is the multitude of selection tools - select by point,
select by rectangle, select by polygon, select by line, select by
circle, select by buffer, select by throwing a dog over your shoulder  -
these could be left in the menu and most except for a few core tools
removed from the toolbar essentially simplifying the GUI and making it
less cluttered.
