[Gvsig_english] New gvSIG3D build!! News for MacosX and Windows 7/ Windows Vista!!

Hi Flavio,

The simplest way to run gvSIG 1.9 on Vista is installing 3D extension build
nuber 11. The installer will make the work for you. If you want to avoid the
installation of 3D extension you can simply substitute binaries with the
ones of the 3D svn-tag. It's not necessary that you download and compile
yourself the native libraries, just replacing binaries should do the trick.

It's normal you don't have this libraries in your eclipse workspace if you
aren't working with native libraries. Binaries of these libraries are
precompiled for all platforms, and they are in the folder binaries/ of all
svn versions, so the ones that work for Vista/Win 7 are in 3D svn-tag.
