[Gvsig_english] Import data from a Total Station

Hi,

I'm looking for a way to import data from a Total Station to gvSIG 1.9.

After some googling around I've found an extension which intends to do 
that, but it's planned for gvSIG 2.0:

¿Does someone have any experience on that kind of importation?
