[Gvsig_english] Phone Cache Error Using gvSIG 1.11

To whom this may concern,

I am part of a research and development team that is currently working
for the federal government of Canada. We have decided to investigate
and use your gvSIG GIS software to implement a data collection program
that will be used in a remote area that will not have access to the
internet. We have run into a couple of problems, the first issue is
how phone cache crashes in gvSIG 1.11 I am using the correct version
of the phone cache software (ver 1.1.x:	extPhoneCache-1.1.x.exe) for
windows XP. The computers that we are running on has the latest JAVA
runtime (6).

We decided to give gvSIG 1.9 and phone cache 1.9 a try and everything
seems to work except the blue marble showing in the data frame I can
select areas of the blank screen and the coordinates change, but this
is not a good solution. Then we tried to import other layers from
other wms servers but we were unsuccessful.

The hardware that we are using is as follows:

Processor: AMD Phenom XII 555
Memory: 4.0 GB
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 260
OS: Windows XP
