[Gvsig_english] nearest distance between points in polygons

Hi.
1) I've tested ODMatrix with meters and seconds. (Layer in UTM).
2) There is no limit. As big as you can wait until the file is done.
2-bis) If your matrix is very big, you may be interested in using the
SVN version of Network Analisys. It's is much faster.
