[Gvsig_usuarios] version 1.12

Yo lo solucioné usando la versión portable de gvSIG 1.12 (de aquí
http://outreach.gvsig.org/releases/gvsig-desktop-112-portable)

No sé si hay otra opción. Me mantengo a la espera de lo que te comenten
otros usuarios.
